Kim manages all CrossOver products to ensure they meet or exceed regulatory, company and customer needs. Kim has over 20 years of experience overseeing the global development and expansion of calcium and magnesium silicate products, leading cross-functional teams that pull the business forward. Kim is highly skilled in operations and quality management systems, including ISO and Lean/Six Sigma.
Greg is Harsco’s southwest territory manager, driving business sales and development in turf, agriculture and horticulture industries. Greg has over 20 years of experience in sales, marketing and executive management. His broad experience allows him to zero in on retailers’ and end-users’ specific needs and find ways to solve issues. Greg holds a B.S. in horticulture from Iowa State University and an MBA from Creighton University.
Jay McCord manages Harsco’s southeast territory business development and sales initiatives. Jay has over 25 years of experience within the green industry driving business development and sales management. Jay completed his formal education at Ohio State University in Columbus and SUNY studying ornamental horticulture and landscape design. He has spent the majority of his career in the turf industry and has served on many executive boards and committees. Jay is a former president of the Florida Turfgrass Association and served multiple terms as chairman of the Horticulture Advisory Board in Jacksonville, Florida. He has successfully gained market share working for corporations, professional product distributors and innovative startup companies.
Tania directs sales and marketing for Harsco’s specialty fertilizer business. Tania has more than 20 years of corporate sales, product management and R&D experience within the fertilizer and specialty food sectors. She holds a B.Sc. in biology from the University of Kansas and an MBA from Baker University.
